"Biden has managed several complicated relationships with foreign leaders during his nearly 50 years in national politics, "White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters last week that Biden has known Putin for a long time and “never held back” on voicing his concerns.
“This is not about friendship. It’s not about trust. It’s a meeting about figuring out where we can find common ground,” Psaki stated.
Biden has managed several complicated relationships with foreign leaders during his nearly 50 years in national politics. He’s developed a rapport with China’s Xi Jinping — spending days traveling with Xi in the U.S. and China.
Note, the Putin-Biden summit will be held on Wednesday in Geneva, Switzerland.
